Elephant/ Moose Ears Mix
This is fried dough at it's finest. Elephant ears or frying saucers are made by frying a large 12" disk of dough and then topping it with butter and cinnamon sugar. It's a low cost and great selling festival treat; and by far among the easiest fun foods to make. Added to flour and water, each bag of our mix produces 30-32 ears and cooks will in any shallow fryer.
