- 5 gallons Monster Mushroom Popcorn® popped in white coconut oil
- 1 bag #2696 Mango Corn Treat Mix
- 4oz. white coconut oil
- 10oz. water
- 4 cups white sugar
- 1 Tbsp #2482 Ghost Pepper Flavacol®
- Add #2696, water, oil, and sugar to the cooker mixer.
- Turn on heat/motor switch.
- Mix and cook to 250˚F.
- Add Ghost Pepper Flavacol®.
- Continue cooking/mixing to 275˚F.
- Add 5 gallons of popped corn and mix well, spraying with Free-N-Easy while it mixes.
- Dump and separate with scoops.
