There's nothing small about these Small Fryers. Packed with enough punch for corn dogs or other light frying, both of the Small Fryers #8047D and #8048D are compact workhorses that come with a drain valve, emergency stop safety button and two standard six-position Skewer Clip Assemblies, however the #8047D Small Fryer should only be operated with one. These fryers are also compatible with the Single Large Fry Basket #8052.
