Silly Nilly or Boo Blue Flossugar
Ice cream flavor of your choice (we used cotton candy flavor)
Sprinkles
Marshmallows
Directions
Make a batch of cotton candy per Flossugar packaging instructions
Flatten cotton candy into tortilla-like shape, making sure it is at least ½ inch thick
Cover liberally with sprinkles/marshmallows to form a barrier between cotton candy and ice cream
Scoop ice cream onto sprinkled cotton candy
Cover ice cream with more sprinkles and roll like a burrito
Slice in half to serve
